The short version

Everything you type into this app — your business details, your clients, your items and your quotes — stays on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no server of ours for anything to be sent to. We never see your data.

What the app stores, and where

The app keeps, in its own private storage on your device:

• your business profile (name, address, phone, email, tax ID, currency, default tax rate and terms, quote number prefix);
• a logo and a signature image, only if you choose them through Android's photo picker. The app copies the one picture you pick; it cannot see the rest of your photos and asks for no photo or storage permission;
• your clients, your saved items and your quotes;
• your preferences (paper size, template) and whether you have bought Pro.

Nothing here is sent anywhere by the app.

When data leaves your phone

Only in these cases, and only because you did it:

1. When you share a quote. Tapping Share PDF or Share image creates the file and hands it to the app you pick (WhatsApp, email, a file manager). What happens next is up to that app and the person you send it to.
2. When you export your data. Export all my data creates one JSON file with everything the app holds, and Export quotes as CSV creates a spreadsheet. You choose where they go.
3. Android's own backup. If you have turned on Google backup for your phone, Android may include this app's quotes, clients, items and settings in that backup, under your Google account and your control. The record of whether you bought Pro is deliberately left out of backups; the app asks Google Play again instead. You can turn backup off in your phone's settings.
4. Buying Pro. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. The app receives only a confirmation that the Pro unlock was bought; it never sees your payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to the payment: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Rating the app. If Google Play shows its rating dialog, that dialog is Google's.

Permissions

The app itself declares no permissions. Google Play's billing and review libraries, which the app needs for the Pro purchase and the rating dialog, add these to the installed app:

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used by Google Play's libraries to reach the Play Store;
• com.android.vending.BILLING — to make the one-time Pro purchase.

No code in this app opens a network connection of its own.

Children

The app is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all data permanently erases every quote, client, item, image and setting from the app on this phone. Uninstalling the app does the same. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing held by us to delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date, and the app's release notes will say so.
