Privacy Policy — Marriage Biodata Maker PDF
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This policy covers the Android app Marriage Biodata Maker PDF
(com.veltislabs.marriagebiodata), published by Veltis Labs LLC, referred to below as "the app", "we" or "us".
The current version of this policy is always published at https://apps.digitalshijil.com/marriage-biodata/privacy/.
The short version
The app works entirely on your phone. It has no account and no server of ours to talk to. Nothing you type into a biodata is sent anywhere by this app. The one thing that leaves your phone is Google Play Billing's own diagnostic logs about its purchase checks, described under Purchases below; they contain nothing you type.
The app's installed permissions are INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and
com.android.vending.BILLING, and all three come from Google Play Billing, which handles
the one-time upgrade purchase. We would rather the first two were not there, but the
billing library cannot be used without them. We do not make network requests of our own:
there is no code in this app that uploads a biodata, a photo, or anything else.
What the app stores, and where
Everything below is stored only in the app's private storage on your device:
- The biodatas you create — names, dates, places, height, education, occupation, income, family details, horoscope details, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, and anything else you type into a field.
- Photos you add — the photo you pick is cropped and copied into the app's own private folder. The original in your gallery is untouched.
- Your settings — default template, default label language, and a local note of which upgrade you own.
No part of this is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
One exception, and it is Android's, not ours
If you have Android's backup turned on for your Google account, the system includes this app's biodatas, photos and settings in that backup, the same way it does for your other apps. That is what lets a new phone still have your biodatas on it. The backup goes to Google, not to us: we never see it, and on current Android versions it is encrypted with a key derived from your device PIN, so Google cannot read the contents either.
If you would rather that did not happen, turn off backup for this app in Settings -> Google -> Backup, or turn it off entirely. The app works exactly the same either way, and Export all my data gives you your own copy to move by hand.
If you would like to check that rather than take our word for it: the full list of permissions the app installs with is visible in Android's app info screen, and it is exactly the three named above. The build itself fails if that list ever grows, which is how we keep this page honest as the app changes.
What the app does not do
- It does not create an account or ask you to sign in.
- It does not collect analytics, usage statistics or crash reports of its own. (Google Play Billing's diagnostic logs, described under Purchases, are the one exception.)
- It does not read your advertising ID.
- It does not read your contacts, location, calendar, messages or call log.
- It does not read your photo gallery. Photos come through the Android photo picker,
which shows you your own gallery and hands the app only the single image you chose.
The app declares neither
READ_MEDIA_IMAGESnorMANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. - It is not a matchmaking service. There are no profiles, no directory, no search, and nothing you enter is published anywhere.
Sharing a biodata
When you tap a share button, the app writes a PDF, a JPG or a JSON file into its own temporary cache and passes it to Android's share sheet as a read-only link. You then choose where it goes — WhatsApp, email, Drive, a printer. Once the file leaves the share sheet it is governed by the privacy policy of whichever app you chose, not by this one. Cached export files are deleted automatically after a day.
Purchases
The two one-time upgrades are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment happens inside the Google Play app; this app never sees your card details, your name or your Google account. It receives only a confirmation that a product was bought, which it stores locally so your upgrade still applies offline. Google's handling of that transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Google's Play Billing library, which the app uses for those purchases, also sends Google its own diagnostic logs: whether its calls to Google Play succeeded or failed, and when it could not connect. It does this whether or not you ever buy anything, and you cannot turn it off inside the app. Those logs go to Google, not to us, and contain nothing you type into a biodata, no photo and no file. Because we never receive them, we cannot delete them either; Google's handling of them is covered by the Google Privacy Policy above. This is why the app's Play Store Data safety section lists Diagnostics as collected.
The review prompt
After you share a biodata for the first time, the app may ask Google Play to show its standard review dialog. The review is submitted to Google Play, not to us, and we never see who left it. Google decides whether the dialog appears at all.
Advertising
This version of the app contains no advertising. No advertising library is included in the app you install from Google Play, and no advertising ID is read. If a future version enables advertising, this policy and the Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that version is published, and the listing will be marked as containing ads.
Children
The app is intended for adults arranging a marriage introduction. It is not directed at children. It collects nothing about anyone; the only data that leaves the device is the billing library's diagnostics described under Purchases.
Your control over your data
- Export all my data (Settings) writes a single JSON file containing every biodata, and hands it to your share sheet.
- Delete all my data (Settings) permanently removes every biodata, every photo and every setting from the device.
- Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no copy held by us to request, correct or delete. Purchases are held by Google Play and are restored automatically when you sign in with the same Google account.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new "last updated" date, before the app version it describes is released.
