Summary

DMV Permit Test 2027 is an offline study app. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no internet permission. Your answers, scores and settings stay on your phone. We (DIGITAL SHIJIL LLC) never receive them.

What the app stores, and where

On your device only: the state you picked, the answers you give, your exam simulation results, your review schedule, your streak and your reminder setting.
Android backup: if you have Android backup turned on, Android may include this study data in your own Google backup so it returns on a new phone. We cannot see that backup. A cached note about your purchase is excluded from backups.
No internet access: the app does not declare Android's INTERNET permission, so it cannot send anything over the network itself. All questions ship inside the app.

Purchases through Google Play

The optional Pass Pack is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. To check whether you own the Pass Pack, the app uses the Google Play Billing Library, which talks to the Google Play Store app on your phone. Google may collect diagnostic information about that billing connection. In Google Play's Data safety terms this is: App info and performance > Diagnostics: collected, not shared, required. That collection is governed by Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Notifications

If you switch on the daily study reminder, the app asks for Android's notification permission. If you say no, nothing else changes. The reminder is scheduled on your device.

What we do not do

No account or login, and no personal information requested.
No advertising, no advertising ID, no analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
We do not sell or share data, because we never receive any.

Your choices and deletion

Export all my data: Settings → "Export all my data" saves everything the app stores as a JSON file wherever you choose.
Delete all data: Settings → "Delete all data" erases all of it and returns the app to a fresh install. Uninstalling the app also removes it.
A Pass Pack purchase is recorded by Google Play, not by us, and restores automatically on any device signed in to the same Google account.

Children

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over who are preparing for a learner's permit test. It is not directed at children under 13, contains no ads and collects no personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at the address above with a new effective date.
