The short version

Everything you type into Craft Pricing Calculator stays on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no crash-reporting service. We do not collect, receive or sell any information about you.

What the app stores, and where

The app stores the things you enter: your materials (names, what you paid, how much it bought), the places you sell and the fees you typed for them, your products and their prices, and a few settings such as your currency and default hourly rate. All of it is kept in the app's private storage on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

Network access

The app has no server and makes no network requests of its own. It does include Google Play Billing so that you can buy the optional Pro upgrade. Play Billing adds the Internet and network-state permissions to the app and talks to Google Play to show the price, complete a purchase and confirm what your Google account owns. That exchange is between your device and Google, is covered by Google's privacy policy, and contains none of your pricing data. Marketplace fees are never looked up online: you type them in.

Files you export

"Export all my data", "Restore from a backup" and the Pro price-list export (PDF and CSV) read and write only files you choose in Android's own file picker. The app does not ask for permission to read your storage, photos or anything else. What you do with an exported file is up to you.

Device backup

If Android's own backup is switched on for your phone, the app's database and settings are included in that backup so they come back if you change phones. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account; we cannot see it. The record of your Pro purchase is not included, because Google Play restores it directly.

Deleting your data

Settings → "Delete all data" removes every product, material, channel and setting from the app immediately and leaves it as it was when you installed it. Uninstalling the app does the same. Your Pro purchase belongs to your Google account and is not affected.

Children

The app is intended for adults who sell things they make. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Because the app collects nothing, a change could only ever describe a new feature, and it would be listed in the app's release notes.
